Summary:
The Customer Service Manager is a dynamic and results-oriented leader responsible for overseeing and leading the activities of the Customer Service Department.
This role requires a strong focus on coaching, building trust, team building, continuous improvement, customer focus, effective decision-making, initiating action, stress tolerance, communication, and conflict management.
The Customer Service Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and high-performing team environment while ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
Supervisory

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
